Over the course of the two and a half years I spent working on Two Generals, a lot of research was done...more than could ever possibly have made it into the book. As a place to put all of it, as well as to simply document the story of the book's creation, I've launced The Two Generals Research Blog.
Starting in October when the book is released, I'll be using the new site to detail, scene-by-scene, the historical reference used, much in the spirit of the endnotes in The Annotated Northwest Passage (only much more extensive). So if you're interested in a good detective story, seeing the process of creating a historical graphic novel, or simply interested in history, come have a look.
