Just a quick heads-up about two public appearances in the weeks ahead:
First, I'll be signing Saturday, September 19th from 11am-4pm (or so) at the grand re-opening of
The Dragon in Quelph, Ontario, along with
Stuart and Kathryn Immonen,
Jay Stephens,
Dale Keown,
Lar DeSouza, and Nick Postic. As usual, I'll be sigining and sketching, and will have some original art for sale, too. The Dragon is a terrific little shop owned by the lovely and talented Jenn Stewart, so come out and say hello. It's going to be a good time.

Then, on the 27th, I'll be appearing at the
Word on the Street festival in Kitchener, Ontario. My schedule for the festival is as follows:
At noon , I'll be doing a reading from the script of
Northwest Passage in the Adult tent. I'll have the LAST 30 UNSOLD COPIES of the book for sale (a reprint is expected early next year), and will also be signing and answering audience questions, etc.
And from 1pm to 1:30pm, I'll be back in the Comics & Graphic Novels Tent for the panel "Diverse Comics for Diverse Tastes" with
Svetlana Chmakova.
And when I'm not doing any of those other things, I'll be signing and sketching in the Comics and Graphic Novels Tent, or else just wandering around the festival looking at all the great stuff. Hope to see you there!
